dnscrypt-proxy

1 - Install according to this: https://github.com/DNSCrypt/dnscrypt-proxy/wiki/Installation-linux. Use the linux install method, not Ubuntu or Debian.

2 - copy to dnscrypt directory created by unzip to /etc/dnscrypt-proxy/.

3 - Make sure to be in /etc/dnscrypt-proxy before issuing the ./dnscrypt-proxy -service install.

4- Copy the executable to /usr/bin and/or usr/sbin/
